Shop Ever Golden will ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Packages will be mailed via USPS.

 

Returns

We hope you love all of your purchases, however, we understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out. Items can be returned for a refund or store credit up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, item(s) must be in same condition as shipped to customer. All returns must have tags still attached and be unworn, unwashed, and without odors. 

All jewelry is final sale.

• explain why you wish to return/exchange your item
• include order # and product name of the item you wish to return

 

Damaged/Defective Items 

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving order and do as follows:

• indicate  "damaged" in subject line
• describe and show photos of defective area on product
• include order # and product name of defective item 

Please read all product descriptions and size recommendations before purchasing. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or change an order.
